This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Facilitate the onboarding process, product training, and sales methodology workshops (such as MEDDPICC) for Account Executives (AEs), Partner Account Managers (PAMs), and Customer Success teams.
• Deliver engaging and results-driven training sessions in both virtual and in-person formats across designated regions.
• Assist in the implementation of the Leadership Academy and coaching programs for frontline managers.
• Enhance sales skills and methodology adoption through structured practice, role-plays, and coaching exercises.
• Organize and execute the 30-60-90 day onboarding program for new hires, ensuring a consistent and high-quality experience.
• Guide new team members through their certification paths and monitor completion milestones.
• Track and report on "Time to First Deal" and other ramp velocity metrics, escalating trends to senior enablement leadership.
• Act as a vital resource and point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process.
• Maintain and update training content within the Enablement platform (CMS/LMS), ensuring that materials are current, accurate, and easily accessible.
• Develop and refresh monthly "just-in-time" training modules to address evolving product and market demands.
• Assist in the upkeep of competitive battlecards and sales playbooks for key market scenarios.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing and Product teams to convert new information into sales-ready training assets.
• Support Salesforce sales stage alignment initiatives and aid the revenue team in applying consistent processes in the field.
• Help distribute and maintain standardized templates for 1:1 and pipeline reviews for managers.
• Reinforce the adoption of sales methodology frameworks through ongoing coaching touchpoints and follow-up activities.
• Monitor training completion rates, participant satisfaction scores, and other metrics related to program effectiveness.
• Collect feedback from training participants and share insights with senior enablement leadership to inform improvements in the program.
• Stay updated on trends in sales enablement, instructional design, and adult learning to continuously enhance delivery quality.
• A minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in sales, sales enablement, training delivery, or a tech-adjacent role; a background in sales or customer-facing roles is preferred.
• Proven experience in facilitating training sessions or enablement programs within a Software, Tech, or SaaS environment.
• Familiarity with sales processes and the dynamics of sales teams.
