This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.

📋 Description

• Participate in live and recorded calls to identify precisely where deals are falling through.

• Revise the copy, scripts, and sequences that are not yielding conversions, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the new versions.

• Conduct A/B testing on sales emails, call introductions, demo presentations, and strategies like personalized video — retain the successful ones and discard the ineffective.

• Develop and refine outbound cadences to ensure representatives follow up at the optimal time, using the appropriate channel and messaging.

• Provide one-on-one coaching to representatives during actual calls and create an objection-handling playbook tailored to our market — then practice it until it becomes second nature.

• Create a video training series and self-service modules with assessments to expedite the ramp-up of new representatives while helping experienced reps continue to improve.


⛳️ Requirements

• Have personally engaged in sales and successfully closed deals — preferably in outbound/high-volume B2B — and can present your metrics.

• Craft sales copy that drives conversions and articulate the reasons behind its success.

• Be at ease on camera and capable of producing polished training videos independently.

• Understand how to structure an A/B test, interpret the results objectively, and make informed decisions.

• Provide coaching that empowers without overwhelming — you enhance representatives’ skills and confidence.

• Work efficiently: transform a diagnosis into a practical solution within hours, not weeks.

• Familiarity with CRM systems (Hubspot preferred) and sales sequencing tools is essential.

• Nice to have: Background in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services; experience with Pipedrive or CRM automations; video editing skills; familiarity with sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead); prior involvement with sales enablement materials (playbooks, battle cards, certification programs).
