This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Participate in both live and recorded calls to identify the precise moments when deals are lost.
β’ Revise the copy, scripts, and sequences that are underperforming, and demonstrate the effectiveness of the new versions.
β’ Conduct A/B testing on sales emails, call openers, demo pitches, and tactics such as personalized video β retain the successful strategies, discard the ineffective ones.
β’ Develop and refine outbound cadences to ensure representatives follow up at the optimal time, through the appropriate channel, and with the correct message.
β’ Provide one-on-one coaching to representatives on actual calls and create an objection-handling playbook tailored to our market β then practice it until it becomes second nature.
β’ Create a video training series and self-service modules complete with assessments, enabling new representatives to ramp up quickly and experienced representatives to continually improve.
β’ Have a proven track record of personally selling and closing deals β preferably in outbound/high-volume B2B β and able to present your metrics.
β’ Capable of writing compelling sales copy that converts and can articulate *why* it is effective.
β’ Comfortable in front of the camera and able to produce high-quality training videos without the need for a production team.
β’ Skilled at structuring A/B tests, interpreting results honestly, and making informed decisions based on data.
β’ Provide coaching that empowers representatives without diminishing their confidence β you leave them better equipped.
β’ Act swiftly: a diagnosis evolves into a practical solution within hours, not weeks.
β’ Familiar with CRM systems (preferably Hubspot plus) and sales sequencing tools.
β’ Preferred qualifications: Experience in virtual staffing, BPO, or managed services; familiarity with Pipedrive or CRM automations; skills in video editing; knowledge of sequencing tools (Apollo, Outreach, Salesloft, Instantly, Smartlead); previous experience creating sales enablement materials (playbooks, battle cards, certification programs).
