This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Act as the main sales enablement liaison for Consulting stakeholders.
• Oversee incoming sales enablement requests and coordinate project initiation meetings.
• Create, edit, and design sales materials, which include service and product sheets, statements of qualifications, presentations, project profiles, and customer-facing documents.
• Regularly update and maintain sales enablement resources to ensure accuracy, branding, and consistency in messaging.
• Conduct research on clients, competitors, and industry markets to guide business development strategy and uncover opportunities.
• Create objection-handling guides and sales battlecards.
• Develop and enhance messaging frameworks that align with market positioning, client priorities, and winning strategies.
• Design and conduct training sessions focused on sales tools, messaging, collateral, and enablement processes.
• Manage the sales content library, including uploading assets, organizing materials, applying metadata, and ensuring content remains current and easily searchable.
• Collaborate with technical experts, business development, and marketing teams to collect information and oversee project timelines.
• Prioritize various projects while adhering to deadlines and maintaining high-quality deliverables.
• Utilize ClickUp to manage tasks, timelines, status updates, and deliverables.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• 3–6 years of experience in marketing, sales enablement, proposal development, or communications.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
• Proven experience in creating professional sales collateral.
• Strong project management and organizational capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
• Familiarity with project management tools like ClickUp or Asana.
• Experience with generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Microsoft Copilot, or Claude, ensuring sound judgment and human oversight.
• Experience with Adobe InDesign is preferred.
• Knowledge of CRM or sales enablement platforms such as Salesforce, Loopio, or Aprimo is preferred.
• Background in supporting technical or environmental consulting organizations is preferred.
• Experience in graphic design, illustration, and/or layouts is preferred.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to interview subject matter experts and convert technical concepts into client-oriented messaging.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Capability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities at the same time.
• Strong collaboration and stakeholder management skills.
