Sales Enablement Program Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and enhance Hammerspace's AI-driven knowledge ecosystem as the definitive source of truth.

• Create AI-driven workflows, assistants, and knowledge retrieval experiences.

• Design scalable onboarding programs, certifications, and learning experiences.

• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Presales, PMM, Sales, and Customer Success to ensure knowledge remains up-to-date.

• Assess emerging AI technologies and suggest impactful use cases.

• Promote AI adoption and automate repetitive knowledge tasks.

• Implement governance, taxonomy, and processes for effective knowledge management.

• Foster product expertise over time in collaboration with subject matter experts.

• Establish a reliable AI-driven knowledge ecosystem that is embraced across the organization.

• Minimize the time spent searching for information.

• Speed up onboarding and enhance time-to-productivity.

• Provide precise, trustworthy answers through AI assistants.

• Develop scalable knowledge management processes and robust cross-functional collaborations.

• Practical experience with AI tools such as ChatGPT, Grok, Claude, Gemini, NotebookLM, or Microsoft Copilot is preferred.

• Familiarity with knowledge management platforms; experience with Obsidian is a significant advantage.

• Exposure to RAG, prompt engineering, AI agents, or structured knowledge systems.

• Experience with LMS platforms, instructional design, or enablement is advantageous.

• Familiarity with Markdown, documentation systems, or Git is beneficial but not mandatory.

• Passion for AI supersedes perfect technical qualifications; willingness to deepen product knowledge over time with subject matter experts.
