• Identify knowledge, process, and tool deficiencies that affect the productivity of revenue teams.
• Develop ongoing enablement strategies to ensure the commercial team possesses the necessary knowledge and resources for effective performance.
• Create and enhance sales and service playbooks, standardizing best practices and commercial messaging.
• Design and refine ramp-up programs aimed at decreasing the time required for new hires to reach productivity.
• Implement change management frameworks to facilitate the adoption of new processes, methodologies, and tools.
• Collaborate with the Tools squad to maximize the efficient use of commercial platforms and systems.
• Assess the impact of Enablement initiatives by analyzing productivity and conversion KPIs.
• Establish and maintain a knowledge repository to provide teams with quick access to strategic materials.
• Work with the Insights squad to convert performance data into actionable improvement steps.
• Foster rituals and alignment cadences between Enablement, Sales, Customer Success (CS), and other revenue sectors.
• Prior experience in Revenue Enablement, Sales Enablement, or similar fields such as sales training, sales operations, or Customer Success.
• Understanding of enablement methods, playbook structuring, and the development of training materials for commercial teams.
• Proven experience in creating and executing ramp-up programs and continuous development for revenue teams.
• Proficiency in analyzing data and performance metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of Enablement initiatives.
• Ability to structure and optimize learning processes and facilitate the adoption of new methodologies and tools.
• Experience in leading trainings, workshops, and alignment rituals across commercial divisions.
• Familiarity with HubSpot and sales/support technologies.
• Background in implementing sales methodologies such as SPIN Selling, Challenger Sales, or MEDDIC.
