Sales Enablement, Marketing Specialist

📋 Description

• Assist in implementing Caravel's sales and marketing initiatives, ensuring the GTM team has the necessary materials, resources, and assets for client interactions.

• Act as the main contact for Caravel's GTM team regarding all requests for materials and assets, prioritizing and triaging based on pipeline activity and business impact.

• Develop and maintain a thorough library of sales materials, which includes vertical datasheets, pitch decks, proposal templates, and client presentations.

• Tailor presentations and materials to meet specific client needs and opportunities, ensuring precision and brand consistency in all outputs.

• Oversee client reference marketing in alignment with the Caravel marketing calendar.

• Proactively identify deficiencies in the sales material library and collaborate with the Director of Marketing Strategy to rectify them before they affect the GTM team's performance.

• Ensure that all GTM-facing materials are aligned with current messaging, positioning, and solution areas across Caravel's vertical markets.

• Manage and update Caravel's brand asset library, including logos, templates, imagery, and brand guidelines, ensuring all assets are up-to-date, accessible, organized, and correctly versioned.

• Coordinate design and production requirements, managing timelines and deliverables to guarantee that materials are provided on time and align with brand standards.

• Oversee the daily execution of Caravel's NetSuite co-marketing obligations, encompassing asset submissions, portal management, and adherence to alliance marketing guidelines.

• Keep precise and current project tracking within established project management systems, ensuring that active initiatives, timelines, and deliverables are visible to the wider team.


⛳️ Requirements

• A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, design, or business.

• 4–6 years of experience in B2B marketing, sales enablement, or marketing operations (ideally within a professional services, SaaS, or technology setting).

• Proven experience in producing and maintaining sales materials, such as one sheets, pitch decks, and proposal templates.

• Strong understanding of brand standards, including asset library management and maintaining visual consistency.

• Proficient in design production tools (e.g., Canva, Adobe InDesign/Illustrator, or similar); comfortable working within brand systems managed in Figma.

• Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot preferred).

• Proficient in project management tools (Smartsheet, ClickUp, or Monday preferred).

• Excellent attention to detail in both copy and design, along with strong written communication skills.

• Capable of managing multiple concurrent deliverables with minimal oversight.

• Experience with partner or alliance marketing programs is an advantage (NetSuite ecosystem experience is a significant differentiator).
