
Sales Enablement Manager – Healthcare Financial Advisory

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee the complete proposal and RFP/RFI response coordination for Healthcare Financial Advisory Services initiatives.
• Collaborate with Managing Directors and subject matter experts to draft executive summaries, cover letters, approach narratives, and scope sections.
• Utilize AI tools to generate and refine proposals and go-to-market content.
• Manage the reusable proposal library and refresh materials following pursuits.
• Supervise proposal timelines and monitor active RFPs and pitches for leadership visibility.
• Work with Marketing, Growth Enablement, and Design teams to produce polished, on-brand proposals.
• Act as the primary Salesforce administrator and power user for the FAS team.
• Ensure the quality of Salesforce data and maintain up-to-date opportunity, pipeline, and activity information.
• Create recurring Salesforce pipeline reports and dashboards for forecasting and strategic planning.
• Provide training to team members on Salesforce and address any queries.
• Collaborate with Operations and the corporate Salesforce team to enhance processes and functionality.
• Manage the FAS collateral library, including pitch decks, one-pagers, case studies, tombstones, bios, and capabilities overviews.
• Develop new collateral with the Design team while upholding brand standards and using approved templates.
• Perform content audits, retire outdated materials, identify gaps, and transform legacy decks.
• Assist with daily sales and business development operations and client engagement activities.
• Organize preparation for client pitches and introductory calls, including research and leave-behinds.
• Facilitate onboarding for new team members on sales tools, collateral, and processes.
• Oversee materials for conferences, events, and marketing campaigns.
• Monitor key sales metrics and prepare executive-ready summaries.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Finance, and Operations to implement business development activities.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in a sales support, marketing, or business development operations role.
• Ideally, experience within a professional services or consulting environment.
• Expertise in Salesforce CRM, including data quality management, reporting, and end-user training.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint for creating polished, client-ready presentations.
• Strong writing and editing skills for crafting proposal narratives, executive summaries, and capabilities content.
• Excellent project management abilities to handle multiple concurrent deadlines.
• High attention to detail with a strong understanding of brand and visual quality standards.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Preferred: experience in supporting RFP/RFI responses and formal proposal processes within a professional services firm.
• Preferred: familiarity with Seismic, Highspot, or similar content management platforms.
• Preferred: exposure to financial advisory, restructuring, or transaction advisory services.
• Preferred: experience with SharePoint, ServiceNow, or comparable workflow and document management tools.
• Preferred: working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Canva, or the ability to collaborate effectively with a design team.
