This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Foster a culture of training and excellence throughout our global sales organization.
• Enhance the efficiency and preparedness of our revenue-generating teams.
• Oversee the complete sales training lifecycle—from onboarding and tool expertise to developing impactful playbooks and objection-handling strategies.
• Act as a strategic liaison with Accenture.
• Cultivate a foundational culture of continuous learning, curiosity, and high performance within the sales organization.
• Design, implement, and continuously refine a comprehensive sales onboarding program.
• Lead ongoing training efforts focused on sales methodologies.
• Create, write, and distribute structured sales playbooks, competitive battle cards, and specific objection-handling frameworks.
• Build, organize, and maintain a centralized internal repository and digital learning hub.
• Regularly audit existing enablement materials.
• 4+ years of dedicated experience in Sales Enablement, Corporate Training, or Revenue Operations within a dynamic tech or SaaS environment.
• Demonstrated experience collaborating with or managing joint initiatives with major global tier-1 consultancies (e.g., Accenture) is highly beneficial.
• Extensive knowledge of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce), Learning Management Systems (LMS), and Content Management platforms (e.g., Highspot, Seismic).
• Strong capability to translate complex technical products and sales data into engaging, easily digestible training materials and collateral.
• A natural relationship builder capable of collaborating seamlessly with Sales Leadership, Product Marketing, and external partners to unify messaging.
• An individual who moves beyond basic 'check-the-box' training sessions to create sustainable frameworks that promote long-term revenue growth.
