This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Utah.
• Create content tailored for retail and wholesale: Design captivating training materials such as product knowledge guides, sales technique modules, interactive eLearning, videos, quick-reference tools, and customer interaction scenarios.
• Simplify complexity: Convert intricate technical product features into engaging, easily digestible content.
• Manage the content ecosystem: Create, sustain, and oversee training content across various platforms.
• Implement instructional design best practices: Utilize adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies.
• Facilitate development: Collaborate with the HRBP to create and update competency-building content.
• Oversee launch readiness: Direct enablement efforts for product launches, ensuring timely and brand-consistent delivery of training kits to the field.
• Assemble the toolkit: Create and maintain a collection of field enablement resources.
• Execute field communications: Manage the wholesale communications calendar by drafting, scheduling, and distributing messages to the field.
• Organize and carry out wholesale culture and recognition initiatives.
• A Bachelor's degree in Instructional Design, Communications, Marketing, English, Education, or a comparable field of study.
• 3–5 years of experience in sales enablement, instructional design, training content creation, or field communications — ideally in a B2B, wholesale, or product-centric retail setting (e.g., mattress, furniture, home goods).
• Exceptional writing and content creation capabilities — proficient in independently crafting polished field communications, training materials, program launches, and event content, with a keen eye for detail.
• Demonstrated ability to convert complex product information into engaging, accessible training content, along with a strong understanding of the retail sales cycle, particularly for high-consideration items like mattresses or furniture.
• Knowledge of instructional design principles and familiarity with tools such as Articulate 360, Vyond, Camtasia, or Adobe Creative Suite.
• Experience managing LMS platforms and/or sales enablement tools (e.g., Bridge, Salesforce, Highspot, or similar); comfortable with platform governance and ensuring content quality.
• Proven capacity to handle multiple simultaneous programs and deadlines in a fast-paced environment; a proactive self-starter who works well with minimal guidance and can adapt priorities swiftly.
