This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Enhance the productivity, effectiveness, and revenue performance of sales teams by providing them with necessary training, tools, content, methodologies, and coaching.
• Take ownership of and continuously refine the sales onboarding program for new hires across various sales roles.
• Create and deliver training programs focused on product knowledge, industry insights, competitive analysis, sales methodologies, and skill development.
• Develop blended learning experiences that incorporate e-learning, virtual instructor-led training, certifications, and self-directed learning resources.
• Establish onboarding programs specifically designed for sales leaders and managers to reinforce knowledge and enhance effectiveness swiftly.
• Construct and oversee ongoing development programs targeting sales skills, prospecting, discovery, negotiation, presentation skills, and pipeline management.
• Lead workshops, role-playing exercises, call reviews, and structured coaching sessions.
• Reinforce the application of sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, throughout the sales process.
• Create and maintain sales playbooks that align with sales stages, buyer journeys, and customer use cases.
• Collaborate with sales leadership to pinpoint skill gaps and devise targeted development plans.
• A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, Organizational Development, or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience.
• Over 5 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Sales Operations, Revenue Enablement, Learning & Development, or a similar sales support role.
• Demonstrable experience in the development and delivery of sales onboarding and training programs.
• Practical experience in coaching and reinforcing MEDDPICC or comparable enterprise sales methodologies.
• Familiarity with sales engagement and conversation intelligence platforms such as Salesloft and Gong.
• Experience in building and managing e-learning programs and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
• Proven experience planning and executing Sales Kickoff (SKO) events and large-scale sales training initiatives.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM and expertise in sales process optimization.
• Experience in creating and managing sales enablement content and resources.
• Excellent project management, facilitation, communication, and presentation skills.
• Capability to analyze data, identify trends, and convert insights into actionable development plans.
