This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Formulate messaging for sales: Convert market and service trends into clear, compelling messaging for new products, service modifications, competitive positioning, target demographics, and strategic commercial objectives.
• Develop and refine sales materials: Take ownership of creating and continuously enhancing high-impact sales resources, including presentations, QBR content, one-pagers, battlecards, objection-handling tools, launch materials, and field-facing support assets.
• Simplify complexity into actionable narratives: Transform commercial, operational, and technical developments into succinct language and messaging that sales teams can confidently and consistently utilize during customer interactions.
• Assist with launches and strategic projects: Create materials that enable Sales to grasp what has changed, why it is significant, and how to effectively communicate these changes to customers and prospects.
• Collaborate with the field: Engage with Sales leadership and field teams to assess where messaging is effective, identify areas for improvement, and enhance materials to better support real-life selling scenarios.
• Deliver high-stakes deal support: Provide assistance for complex or crucial sales discussions with tailored messaging, presentations, and narrative support as necessary.
• Work cross-functionally: Collaborate with Market & Service Development, Marketing, Brand/Design, and other stakeholders to ensure sales materials remain current, aligned, and reflective of market priorities and service capabilities.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• 5–7 years of experience in sales enablement, product marketing, commercial messaging, or relevant B2B content roles with significant responsibility for sales-facing materials
• Proven ability to convert complex offers, service modifications, commercial narratives, or operational details into sales-ready materials
• Experience in crafting sales presentations, one-pagers, launch materials, battlecards, and supporting tools for high-stakes selling situations
• Background in ecommerce logistics, parcel, last mile, transportation, or similar B2B service sectors
• Willingness to travel up to 10%
