This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Create and implement onboarding programs that enable new BDMs to become effective and confident quickly.
• Develop practical sales playbooks, messaging strategies, and resources for handling objections.
• Lead coaching initiatives, capability enhancement, and continuous sales training across various markets.
• Collaborate with Sales Managers to pinpoint performance gaps and enhance team consistency.
• Manage CRM enablement, reporting standards, dashboards, and improvements to the sales process.
• Work with Marketing, Operations, Finance, and People teams to enhance alignment throughout the customer journey.
• Monitor enablement metrics and offer insights on onboarding effectiveness, CRM adherence, and sales performance.
• Background in Sales Enablement, Revenue Operations, or Sales Leadership.
• Comprehensive understanding of B2B sales and relationship-driven selling.
• Experience in designing onboarding, coaching, or enablement programs from the ground up.
• Strong communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Familiarity with CRM systems such as HubSpot or Salesforce.
• A commercially oriented, team-focused mindset with a dedication to enhancing team performance.
• Flexible working hours and the freedom to manage your own schedule in this full-time position.
