šŸ“‹ Description

• Lead and oversee extensive sales enablement programs aimed at enhancing seller readiness and ongoing performance—responsible for new-hire onboarding, role-specific training programs, certification pathways, and a scalable content ecosystem that supports the entire seller journey.

• Suggest, design, construct, manage, and maintain sales processes and systems as needed to facilitate sales growth and achieve revenue objectives.

• Collaborate across functions to align enablement initiatives with key strategic priorities, including new sales process implementations, product launches, technology integrations, and operational adjustments—ensuring sales teams have the right knowledge, tools, and messaging at every phase.

• Work closely with the sales team to identify gaps in existing content, collateral, and resources, ensuring they are equipped to effectively engage buyers throughout the sales cycle.

• Define requirements, identify solutions, and advocate for advanced AI tools to enhance the impact of Enablement on the organization.

• Manage the complete lifecycle of sales content and collateral, driving the creation, organization, governance, and continuous improvement of playbooks, value messaging, competitive positioning, and field-ready materials to ensure consistency, accuracy, and alignment with the company's commercial strategy.

• Collaborate with senior sales leadership to outline annual sales productivity priorities and performance enhancement initiatives.

• Team up with Product Marketing to create and sustain content. Oversee the process to ensure it stays current, aligned with product releases, competitively positioned, and readily accessible.

• Handle relevant sales communications, which include sales updates, newsletters, and video briefings, as well as instructional methods.

• Lead, mentor, and train Sales Enablement specialists to ensure sales teams have the necessary resources to successfully meet their objectives.

ā›³ļø Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.

• 5+ years of experience in Sales Enablement.

• Experience in the financial services sector is preferred.

• Familiarity with MEDDICC or Sandler methodologies is preferred.

• A minimum of 1 year of experience in people management is required.

• Proven experience in the Enterprise, mid-market, and/or transactional sales arena with demonstrated success in training and sales enablement.

• Proficient in using sales tools such as SFDC, Outreach, Gong, Seismic, related systems, and Microsoft Office products.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and ability to influence cross-functionally.

• This role requires occasional travel, approximately 10%.
