This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Develop and oversee impactful onboarding programs for newly hired sales personnel, encompassing live training sessions, virtual courses, certifications, and reinforcement strategies.

• Create and implement continuous enablement initiatives for essential sales activities such as discovery, qualification, value selling, demo execution, pipeline progression, negotiation, and expansion.

• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and RevOps to enhance adherence to sales processes and improve execution from stage to stage.

• Generate and sustain playbooks, conversation guides, and certifications that assist sellers in executing consistently within the market.

• Equip the field with knowledge on product launches, packaging updates, and strategic initiatives in collaboration with the Product and Marketing teams.

• Leverage AI tools and modern workflows to scale training efforts and enhance content accessibility.

• Establish and monitor clear success metrics for enablement, while continuously refining programs based on performance outcomes.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in sales enablement, sales, sales leadership, or a related field.

• Proven experience in supporting SaaS teams within product-driven settings.

• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and influencing skills at all organizational levels.

• A proactive mindset with the capability to develop scalable programs, practical content, and repeatable systems in a dynamic environment.

• Strong organizational, project management, and coaching abilities with a focus on execution and accountability.

• The capability to link enablement efforts to tangible business results, including seller productivity, pipeline quality, and revenue performance.
