This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Collaborate with leaders across various functions to evaluate enablement requirements and implement programs that align with business objectives and sales results.
• Design, oversee, and continually enhance onboarding, ongoing training, and sales readiness initiatives.
• Create and distribute enablement materials, tools, and resources through various formats, including in-person, virtual, and on-demand options.
• Work together with Product Marketing and Sales Leadership to create, launch, and execute sales strategies, use-case assistance, and value-oriented messaging that support pipeline expansion and deal progression.
• Develop and facilitate enablement for frontline and second-line sales managers, including mentoring frameworks, reinforcement guides, and manager-led execution of sales strategies.
• Assume responsibility for enablement technologies and platforms to deliver scalable, role-specific experiences.
• Construct and implement enablement programs at scale across different regions, segments, and roles, ensuring measurable effects on sales efficiency, pipeline speed, win rates, and revenue achievement.
• Collaborate with Revenue Operations and Go-To-Market leaders to ensure that enablement initiatives are integrated into primary sales workflows and records.
• Utilize data, analytics, and insights from enablement platforms and CRM systems to assess program effectiveness and consistently enhance return on investment.
• Create feedback mechanisms with the sales field and leadership to refine enablement programs based on operational insights, adoption rates, and win/loss analysis.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Business, Marketing, Instructional Development, or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in B2B or SaaS sales support, sales operations, learning & development, or a related area.
• Practical experience with essential sales and Go-To-Market platforms.
• Strong capability to translate business and revenue objectives into scalable development programs and actionable plans.
• Demonstrated ability to thrive in fast-paced or rapidly growing organizations.
• Exceptional communication, facilitation, and collaborative leadership skills.
• A data-driven mindset with experience leveraging performance metrics and reporting to inform decisions and enhancements.
