This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.
• Develop and manage the Appspace sales enablement roadmap to align with pipeline, win rate, and ramp time objectives.
• Implement and oversee onboarding processes, continuous training, deal clinics, and competitive review sessions.
• Establish success metrics for enablement and communicate results to Sales and Marketing leadership.
• Recognize skill gaps and convert them into structured learning initiatives.
• Create and sustain a centralized library for sales content.
• Simplify complex product features and positioning into effective sales narratives and scripts.
• Generate role-specific content tailored for new logos, expansion/upsell, enterprise, and channel/partner sales strategies.
• Review, update, organize, and phase out sales content as necessary.
• Manage governance, tagging, analytics, and adoption for the sales content management system.
• Revamp onboarding processes and develop structured ramp paths for Account Executives (AEs), Sales Development Representatives (SDRs), and Sales Engineers (SEs).
• Create a manager enablement program aimed at frontline managers.
• Integrate sales methodologies and establish frameworks for deal qualification and progression.
• Ensure alignment of enablement initiatives with CRM stages and pipeline inspection workflows.
• Utilize win/loss analysis to pinpoint coaching opportunities and prioritize content development.
• Oversee the distribution of competitive enablement materials and verify knowledge retention.
• Train representatives to effectively handle competitive objections and communicate Appspace's unique advantages.
• Direct field readiness efforts for product launches, packaging modifications, and pricing changes.
• Coordinate campaign messaging and sales follow-ups with the Demand Generation team.
• Maintain essential launch talk tracks, email templates, objection handling resources, and customer-facing materials.
• Act as a liaison between Sales and Marketing, translating field feedback into inputs for product marketing and campaign strategies.
• Utilize customer stories and use cases as valuable sales assets in collaboration with Customer Success.
• Collaborate with RevOps on tools, workflow automation, and productivity analytics.
• 5–8 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Product Marketing, or a field-facing role within B2B SaaS.
• Proven experience in building or scaling a sales enablement function.
• Strong skills in content creation, including battlecards, pitch decks, and discovery guides.
• Familiarity with sales methodologies such as MEDDPICC, Challenger, Command of the Message, or similar.
• Proficient in using sales content management platforms like Highspot, Seismic, Guru, or equivalents.
• A data-driven mindset for tracking outcomes and making iterative improvements.
• Excellent communication and facilitation abilities.
• Experience in a B2B SaaS company with an ARR of $50M–$200M, particularly with SMB and enterprise sales strategies.
• Nice to have: background in employee communications, digital workplace solutions, or workplace technology.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Salesforce, Gong, Groove, or similar sales technology tools.
• Nice to have: previous experience as a quota-carrying Account Executive (AE) or Sales Development Representative (SDR).
