
Sales Enablement Leader

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Develop and sustain essential sales enablement content, such as pitch decks, battlecards, guides for handling objections, competitive positioning, demo scripts, evaluation trackers, and FAQs.
• Manage the GTM Enablement Hub as the primary resource for sales-related messaging, materials, and resources.
• Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales Operations, Training, Solutions Consulting, and other departments to synchronize messaging and address enablement gaps.
• Conduct enablement sessions, workshops, and training for the Sales and Solutions Consulting teams.
• Assist with onboarding, launch readiness, and continuous sales readiness initiatives.
• Lead the localization and adaptation of sales and training materials for regional implementation.
• Expand enablement coverage throughout North America and support global scaling efforts.
• Develop trackers, reporting mechanisms, and feedback loops to pinpoint gaps, assess usage, and enhance effectiveness.
• Convert product updates, market shifts, and competitive insights into materials that are ready for representatives.
• Contribute to the long-term strategy, structure, and design of enablement efforts.
• Help advocate for additional headcount and potentially recruit and manage direct reports as the scope broadens.
• 4–6 years of experience in sales enablement, sales operations, product marketing, training, or another go-to-market support role.
• Demonstrated ability to establish structure in a fast-paced and ambiguous environment.
• Strong hands-on execution capabilities, with a focus on building and delivering rather than just planning.
• Confidence in creating content and presenting or conducting training for sales audiences.
• Strong cross-functional credibility with the ability to influence without formal authority.
• Ability to independently own outcomes without immediate team support.
• Experience with SaaS or B2B trial processes is advantageous.
• Familiarity with enablement tools, content management systems, or knowledge hubs is beneficial.
• Experience in supporting regional or global rollouts is a plus.
