This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take full ownership of the enablement function from start to finish, which encompasses content, training, and systems for Solution Engineering, Sales, and Marketing.
• Identify and strategically address obstacles that hinder win rates.
• Develop content for both pre- and post-sales, including messaging and objection handling.
• Manage the New Product Introduction process from Product Marketing and Management to prospects and customers.
• Transform each Product, Design & Engineering release into a market-ready narrative, usable asset, and a well-trained, certified team.
• Measure and channel customer and prospect feedback to product developers.
• Establish a scalable enablement function, incorporating systems and automation.
• Eliminate outdated enablement responsibilities from current go-to-market teams and substitute them with repeatable processes.
• Cultivate expertise in the residential homebuilding sector in the U.S. and Canada.
• Over 5 years of experience likely managing go-to-market enablement, processes, or strategies within a SaaS environment.
• Direct experience in U.S. homebuilding, or the ability to quickly gain fluency in a complex industry.
• Proven experience in supporting SaaS go-to-market teams through substantial growth.
• Experience in building enablement teams and programs.
• A hands-on builder who is willing to function as an individual contributor.
• Capability to drive cross-functional agreement through the use of data, prototypes, and persuasive communication.
• Proficiency in creating scalable, maintainable processes while providing immediate solutions.
• A self-motivated individual who thrives in an unstructured, pre-IPO atmosphere.
• Experience with Platform-as-a-Service or consumption-based revenue is a significant advantage.
