This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
β’ You will be the architect of our content ecosystem, responsible for the daily management and long-term strategy of Seismic, ensuring that our teams have immediate access to the appropriate "Agentic AI" messaging when needed.
β’ You will create and implement an onboarding experience that resembles a launchpad rather than a traditional classroom. Your goal is to enable new Sisensers to quickly grasp our Compose SDK positioning and competitive landscape.
β’ You will conduct ongoing training sessions for AEs, ADRs, and AMs, simplifying complex product updates into clear, actionable insights that can be easily sold.
β’ You will collaborate with GTM leadership to develop an enablement roadmap focused on achieving measurable outcomes such as improved win rates and quota attainment, rather than merely completing tasks.
β’ 3β5 years of experience in Sales or Revenue Enablement within a fast-paced SaaS environment.
β’ You possess hands-on, administrative expertise with Seismic. Your role extends beyond merely uploading files; you create logical content frameworks and encourage adoption.
β’ You have either developed or significantly enhanced onboarding programs and can provide data demonstrating how you reduced "time to first deal."
β’ You are adept at translating technical "Product-speak" from engineering into compelling "Value-speak" for sales, smoothly navigating between Marketing, Product, and Revenue teams.
β’ You excel in a remote work setting. Instead of waiting for assignments, you proactively identify gaps in the sales process and construct solutions to address them.
