
Sales District Manager – Pediatric Nutrition

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Missouri.
• Enhancing the skills of territory managers to promote sales and market share growth, potentially through training, coaching, and motivation.
• Engaging in fieldwork (approximately 10 visits per representative annually) and completing the necessary documentation to support these visits (TM Evaluation, follow-ups, correspondence, etc.).
• Managing team and human resources functions, including performance evaluations, providing coaching for performance improvement, and writing performance appraisals.
• Handling recruitment and selection responsibilities such as sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, maintaining a diverse candidate pool, participating in job fairs, and keeping a record of qualified candidates for future openings.
• Driving business success through effective resource allocation and budgeting (including gratis and expenses); liaising with the Regional Director about issues and opportunities.
• Undertaking special projects such as conducting meetings and training sessions.
• Bachelor’s degree.
• A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales leadership, preferably in the Healthcare sector.
• Experience in hospital sales.
• Familiarity with geographical and business landscapes.
• Mastery in technical product sales, along with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to adjust personal style to accommodate the needs of others.
• Strong organizational and planning abilities.
• Proven strength in training and development.
• Demonstrated capabilities in strategic thinking, decision-making, teamwork, initiative, and driving business results.
• Capacity to comprehend and implement field sales directives and management policies.
• Accountability for district budget management, including financial and marketing resources.
• Responsibility for overseeing the district’s team of Sales Representatives.
• Willingness to travel; attendance at all sales meetings is mandatory.
