This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ohio.
• Assist agency business owners, who work as independent contractors, in their sales and operational activities.
• Provide coaching and guidance to agency business owners on the strategy and execution of the district's profit and growth objectives.
• Align corporate strategy with agency operations and outcomes while balancing the needs of both corporate and agency stakeholders.
• Offer expertise and influence to guide agency business owners and their teams.
• Coach and advise on sales performance and the implementation of the state's sales strategy.
• Aid agency business owners in comprehending district profitability while maintaining their autonomy over their operations.
• Oversee company initiatives for the district as they pertain to individual independent agency business owners.
• Assist agency business owners in identifying and prioritizing sales activities and market opportunities.
• Provide business acumen to support the effective operation of agency businesses.
• Identify and recruit agency business owners for open positions.
• Foster strong relationships with agency business owners and their staff.
• Report directly to the Ohio Sales Director.
• Proven experience in delivering customer-focused solutions, support, and service.
• Basic understanding of business systems and their application for operational efficiencies.
• Previous management experience or demonstrated capability in leading project teams.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, practices, techniques, and tools.
• Comprehensive understanding of financial analysis and reporting.
• Experience in developing and implementing operational business and marketing plans.
• Solid knowledge of budget management principles.
• Demonstrated experience working directly with field agents.
• Currently licensed to sell, solicit, or negotiate Property and Casualty insurance (personal lines authority does not qualify).
• Currently licensed to sell, solicit, or negotiate Life insurance.
• Possess a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time.
• Successful completion of all relevant background checks.
• Required to sign a non-disclosure agreement regarding proprietary information, trade secrets, and inventions.
