📋 Description

• Formulate and implement comprehensive sales and business development strategies that align with the company's growth objectives and market expansion plans.

• Oversee the entire sales function, ensuring the achievement of targets related to revenue, margin, and market share.

• Discover new growth opportunities within key industries such as electronics manufacturing, semiconductor, industrial technology, and related sectors.

• Drive the acquisition of new customers and strengthen relationships with existing strategic accounts in both regional and international markets.

• Create and execute strategies to penetrate new markets, industries, and customer segments.

• Lead high-stakes commercial negotiations, contract discussions, and forge strategic partnerships to secure long-term business opportunities.

• Cultivate and maintain robust relationships with key customers, distributors, OEMs, and strategic business partners.

• Collaborate closely with customers to comprehend their technical and commercial needs, ensuring the provision of value-added solutions.

• Guarantee high levels of customer satisfaction and foster long-term account retention.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing sales team, nurturing a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

• Set clear KPIs, sales targets, and performance metrics for the sales team.

• Facilitate talent development, succession planning, and capability enhancement within the commercial team.

• Supervise sales forecasting, budgeting, pipeline management, and reporting processes.

• Collaborate with operations, engineering, supply chain, and finance teams to ensure seamless execution of customer projects and business objectives.

• Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, pricing changes, and customer demands to aid strategic decision-making.

• Represent the organization at industry events, exhibitions, and customer meetings to enhance market visibility and business networks.

• Work in partnership with regional and global stakeholders to align business strategies and promote operational synergy.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.

• At least 12–15 years of sales and business development experience, ideally within the electronics, semiconductor, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors.

• Proven success in leading regional sales operations and achieving significant business growth.

• Experience in managing large strategic accounts and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.

• Strong commercial acumen along with exceptional strategic planning and business development skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Comprehensive understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industrial market trends.

• Analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to translate market insights into effective business strategies.

• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales performance reporting tools.

• A results-oriented leader with a strong entrepreneurial mindset and business drive.

• Highly adaptable, proactive, and capable of performing effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• A strong relationship builder with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.

• Willingness to travel both regionally and internationally as needed.
