• Work in partnership with regional and global stakeholders to align business strategies and promote operational synergy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; an MBA is a plus.
• At least 12–15 years of sales and business development experience, ideally within the electronics, semiconductor, industrial technology, or manufacturing sectors.
• Proven success in leading regional sales operations and achieving significant business growth.
• Experience in managing large strategic accounts and navigating complex B2B sales cycles.
• Strong commercial acumen along with exceptional strategic planning and business development skills.
• Excellent leadership, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Comprehensive understanding of electronics manufacturing processes, supply chain dynamics, and industrial market trends.
• Analytical and data-driven approach with the ability to translate market insights into effective business strategies.
• Proficient in CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and sales performance reporting tools.
