• Formulate, implement, and execute a sales strategy that aligns with Jabil Healthcare’s Pharma Solutions Business Unit and enhanced CDMO capabilities.
• Identify, assess, and secure new clients and strategic opportunities within Pharma Solutions, including injectables, combination products, and oral solid dose manufacturing.
• Establish and nurture trusted, executive-level relationships with customers, acting as the primary commercial point of contact.
• Employ a consultative selling methodology focused on value creation, technical differentiation, and lifecycle support.
• Ensure customer satisfaction, maintain long-term engagement, and oversee program success.
• Exhibit expertise in the Jabil selling process, from prospecting and qualification to solution development, negotiation, and closing deals.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related discipline is required.
• An MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of sales experience in healthcare contract manufacturing or CDMO services within pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device sectors, with established relationships at the executive level in these organizations.
• Proven experience in selling aseptic manufacturing, fill/finish, oral solid dose, analytical, stability, and packaging services.
• Demonstrated capability to provide integrated, lifecycle-focused CDMO solutions from early development through to commercial scale.
