This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.
• Drive new business initiatives across Europe, the Middle East, APAC, Australia, and other global regions.
• Manage the entire sales process from lead generation through to contract execution.
• Foster relationships with CXOs, technology leaders, procurement teams, and business executives.
• Offer services in AI, Data Engineering, Cloud, Enterprise Applications, Digital Engineering, Custom Software Development, and IT Staff Augmentation.
• Discover new market opportunities and establish strategic partnerships.
• Facilitate discovery sessions and deliver solution presentations.
• Negotiate commercial contracts and finalize profitable agreements.
• Ensure accurate pipeline forecasting and keep CRM systems updated.
• Work closely with delivery and solution teams.
• 5-10 years of experience in IT Services sales.
• Proven experience selling in international markets beyond North America.
• Strong grasp of global enterprise sales dynamics.
• Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Background in selling offshore development services.
• Capability to manage multiple regions and navigate various time zones.
• Entrepreneurial spirit with a keen focus on new business development.
• Existing customer network in Europe, the Middle East, APAC, or Australia (Preferred).
• Experience collaborating with multinational enterprises (Preferred).
• Understanding of regional buying behaviors and enterprise procurement procedures (Preferred).
• Experience in selling AI, Cloud, Data Engineering, or Digital Engineering services (Preferred).
