This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Oversee and enhance direct relationships with customers and distributors throughout Europe, focusing primarily on France.
• Propel sales expansion, profitability, and market share for copolyester and associated specialty polymer products.
• Assume responsibility for key account management, developing new business, engaging in pricing discussions, negotiating contracts, and forecasting demand.
• Cultivate new customer accounts and broaden applications within existing client bases.
• Identify and chase new market prospects for copolyester applications in sectors such as packaging, cosmetics, consumer goods, medical-related, industrial, and other specialty materials.
• Collaborate closely with customers to grasp their technical, commercial, and application needs.
• Convert customer requirements and market insights into actionable directives for R&D, Technical Service, Supply Chain, management, and headquarters teams.
• Facilitate application development through commercial and technical partnerships with customers and internal teams.
• Oversee distributor activities, customer engagement, commercial planning, and pipeline advancement.
• Track market trends, competitor movements, customer demand, pricing shifts, and new application possibilities.
• Ensure precise sales forecasts, customer strategies, pipeline updates, and commercial documentation.
• Frequently travel across France, Europe, and the broader EMEA for customer meetings, distributor evaluations, and internal discussions.
• Operate autonomously as the regional commercial representative while maintaining close collaboration with the broader European and global business teams.
• Demonstrated B2B sales, account management, or business development experience in copolyester, polyester, PETG, specialty plastics, specialty polymers, coating resins, adhesive resins, or similar specialty chemicals.
• Strong technical knowledge of polymer/material applications and the capability to engage in credible commercial and technical conversations with clients.
• Experience managing European clients, distributors, or regional sales responsibilities.
• Proficiency in both French and English for effective business communication.
• Established history of sales growth, key account development, pricing negotiations, contract discussions, and demand forecasting.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote European position, with regular travel throughout France, Europe, and the wider EMEA region.
• Candidates located in France or those with significant coverage of the French market are strongly preferred.
• Experience with leading global specialty chemicals or specialty materials firms would be highly beneficial.
• Fully remote position within Europe.
• High-autonomy commercial role with responsibility for key relationships with European customers and distributors.
• Expected base salary in the range of €100,000–€150,000, depending on experience.
• Performance-based bonus potential of up to 25% of annual base salary.
• 30 days of paid leave.
• Regular interactions with international customers, distributors, technical teams, and global headquarters.
