This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist channel partners with opportunities related to software licensing and professional services by generating quotes, addressing pricing inquiries, and aiding in the development of proposals.
• Create software sales quotes, professional services estimates, and margin analyses to bolster channel sales initiatives and ensure profitability in transactions.
• Assess software licensing needs, vendor pricing structures, and Professional Services Statements of Work (SOWs) to guarantee accuracy and preparedness for processing transactions.
• Prepare and confirm sales orders, purchase orders, pricing documentation, and supporting materials before submission for order processing.
• Oversee and monitor partner and client purchase orders throughout fulfillment, proactively managing communications and resolving issues until delivery is finalized.
• Stay updated on manufacturer products, pricing programs, licensing models, promotions, and vendor program changes.
• Facilitate channel communications and outbound partner engagement activities, including product updates, meeting scheduling, partner outreach, and sales support tasks.
• Aid in tracking Professional Services projects, client onboarding and offboarding processes, and managing MetaStor implementation-related administrative needs.
• Maintain channel partner portals, sales support documentation, CRM records, and operational reports while keeping management informed about channel partner and direct client interactions.
• A minimum of 3 years of experience in channel sales support, software licensing, sales operations, deal desk, vendor management, partner operations, or related commercial support roles.
• Experience in facilitating software licensing transactions, technology solutions, managed services, or professional services sales.
• Familiarity with software licensing programs, subscription models, vendor pricing frameworks, and channel partner ecosystems.
• Proven experience in preparing quotes, managing pricing inquiries, coordinating order administration, and supporting sales processes.
• Exceptional organizational skills with the capability to handle multiple partner requests, projects, and priorities simultaneously.
• Proficient in NetSuite ERP, CRM (HubSpot), Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Office applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective support for channel partners, clients, vendors, and internal teams.
• Strong attention to detail and dedication to accuracy in pricing, quoting, documentation, and order preparation.
• Preferred Qualifications: Experience in supporting enterprise software, document management, content services, workflow automation, or information management solutions.
• Knowledge of software publishers, channel distribution models, and professional services delivery environments.
• Experience in reviewing Statements of Work (SOWs), coordinating project administration tasks, and assisting with onboarding or implementation processes.
• Understanding of margin analysis, pricing structures, and vendor incentive programs.
