This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Lead, mentor, and cultivate a high-achieving sales contact center team.

• Enhance sales performance by boosting conversion rates, productivity, and revenue.

• Track daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs while providing performance insights.

• Perform call monitoring, quality assurance, and coaching sessions.

• Create and refine sales scripts, scorecards, and quality assurance frameworks.

• Oversee team occupancy, adherence, scheduling, and workforce productivity.

• Work in collaboration with operational managers to address customer and booking escalations.

• Enhance CRM hygiene, lead management, dialer strategies, and sales processes.

• Provide regular reports and suggestions to senior leadership.

• Promote a culture of accountability, continuous improvement, and high performance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in managing a sales contact center or call center team.

• Experience leading inbound and/or outbound sales teams.

• Proven track record of meeting sales and revenue objectives.

• Background in coaching and developing sales representatives through quality assurance and performance management.

• Experience in building or scaling sales operations, processes, and reporting.

• Strong analytical skills with experience in managing KPIs and performance dashboards.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Proficient in written and spoken English.

• Experience in the Australian market (Preferred).

• Background in automotive, finance, subscription, or similar sales industries (Preferred).

• Experience collaborating with offshore and onshore teams (Preferred).
