This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Keep your CRM organized (Currently using Pipedrive), with data from all your negotiations and updated with the latest information and status;

• Monitor the progress of client negotiations to increase closure opportunities;

• Share insights, problems, or information during our daily and monthly rituals for team development and growth;

• Close new deals by any means necessary (calls, WhatsApp, etc.) from leads generated through general actions, internal team leads, and all marketing-generated leads to meet targets;

• Manage the sales funnel effectively;

• Guide clients in selecting a service, showcasing the unique features and benefits of that choice;

• Qualify leads to enhance closure chances and help make our sales process more efficient;

• Evaluate and negotiate payment conditions for clients;

• Test arguments and new practices for your sales with a scientific sales mindset;

• Accurately record reasons for lost negotiations;

• Participate enthusiastically in company fairs and events, focusing on the event's macro objectives;

• Occasionally present departmental numbers in OKR meetings;

• Assist in creating OKRs as part of the sales team;

• Log best practices and insights in our tool (Confluence);

• Analyze your metrics daily to identify areas for improvement;

• Engage in team activities such as immersions, sales coaching, forecast meetings, process creation, training sessions, etc.


⛳️ Requirements

• Basic knowledge of spreadsheets;

• Previous experience in sales within the SAAS software sector;

• Familiarity with customer service;

• Experience in sales through video presentations;

• Proficient in using Google and its tools, along with other technologies commonly used in daily tasks, and comfortable with tech.
