
Sales Director, Institutional Test Preparation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and cultivate a high-achieving team tasked with driving growth in K–12 and Higher Education institutional test preparation solutions.
• Take ownership of strategy, execution, forecasting, team development, and efforts for market expansion.
• Supervise sales representatives in establishing and nurturing relationships with districts, schools, and higher education institutions.
• Ensure robust pipeline development, accuracy in forecasting, and disciplined execution throughout the entire sales cycle.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, Product, Client Success, Customer Experience, Finance, and Sales Operations.
• 7–10+ years of proven B2B or EdTech sales experience.
• 3–5 years of experience in leadership roles, either in management or at the director level.
• A demonstrated history of leading teams that consistently surpass multimillion-dollar revenue objectives.
• Comprehensive knowledge of K–12 and Higher Education operations, academic interventions, procurement processes, and funding structures.
• Strong proficiency in Salesforce, Excel, PowerPoint, and CRM-driven forecasting methodologies.
• Willingness and ability to travel frequently for district visits, conferences, customer meetings, and leadership activities.
