This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina, +1 more state.
• Lead and mentor a team of account managers to achieve sales targets, growth, and margin objectives.
• Create and execute sales strategies and methodologies tailored for market verticals and key clients.
• Anticipate bookings, manage sales pipelines, and oversee sales planning in accordance with growth goals.
• Assist in account planning and evaluations to improve opportunity development and execution.
• Establish and nurture long-term customer relationships to fulfill expectations and contractual commitments.
• Collaborate with various business units to ensure offerings align with customer requirements and market trends.
• Conduct market evaluation activities to determine product needs, risks, and commercial viability.
• Supervise team development initiatives, including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, and performance management.
• Candidates must possess work authorization that allows them to be employed by Hitachi Energy in the United States.
• A Bachelor's degree is required; an advanced degree is preferred, especially with a technical background or aptitude.
• At least 10 years of experience in leading sales initiatives.
• Proven experience in managing direct reports and directing account management teams.
• Familiarity with selling in U.S. industrial market sectors.
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and evaluating sales and technical competencies.
