This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate leads and identify prospects within clinics, therapy practices, behavioral health organizations, and human services providers.
• Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline to consistently meet or exceed targets.
• Develop strategic approaches for the Central Region that prioritize high-value accounts and improve closing times.
• Act as a functional leader by training and onboarding team members on the technical aspects of SaMD sales, clinical procurement, and insurance reimbursement.
• Oversee the entire sales process from initial outreach to closing deals.
• Conduct discovery sessions to understand clinical workflows, reimbursement contexts, and operational requirements.
• Position Floreo's platform, including its SaMD pathway, in relevant terms for clinical and administrative decision-makers.
• Manage the customer relationship lifecycle and identify opportunities for expansion.
• Ensure that customers are deriving measurable value from the Floreo platform to support retention and growth.
• Represent the voice of the customer internally, contributing to product and market access strategies.
• Collaborate closely with Market Access, Marketing, and Product teams to synchronize sales initiatives with commercialization goals.
• Actively participate in a team-oriented selling environment by sharing insights, supporting colleagues, and fostering a culture of accountability.
• Assist in documenting and refining the 2026 SaMD commercialization playbook.
• Accurately track all sales activities, pipeline stages, and forecasts in the CRM system.
• Provide regular updates to the VP of Sales regarding territory performance, procurement cycles, and market dynamics.
• 5–10+ years of experience in DTx, SaMD, medical device, or clinical technology sales.
• Demonstrated success in selling to clinics, behavioral health organizations, or health systems.
• Familiarity with digital health reimbursement pathways, including CPT codes, state Medicaids, and CMS processes, is highly advantageous.
• Strong understanding of clinical workflows, with the ability to engage both clinical and administrative stakeholders effectively.
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent collaboration and communication skills.
• Self-motivated individual with a high level of accountability, comfortable operating in a dynamic, early-stage environment.
• Tech-savvy, with the ability to demo in-person or virtually on VR hardware and quickly learn new software platforms.
