This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Take full responsibility for national P&L management, encompassing forecasting, pricing strategies, and margin performance for a multi-million dollar portfolio.
• Lead, develop, and manage the performance of a senior, multi-disciplinary commercial team that includes business development, inside sales, and technical sales personnel.
• Propel the integration and commercialization of a comprehensive multi-stack geotechnical solutions portfolio, which includes hardware, software, services, and monitoring solutions.
• Establish and implement a go-to-market strategy that maintains consistency across regions while adapting to specific market dynamics.
• Collaborate with Global and Regional leaders to synchronize commercial strategies, investment priorities, and long-term growth objectives.
• Proven commercial leadership experience in geotechnical monitoring, mining technology, or related infrastructure solutions, with the capability to operate effectively at scale within the Canadian market.
• Established track record of operating at a national or multi-regional level within the Canadian market, including engagement with Tier-1 mining companies, engineering firms, and infrastructure owners.
• Demonstrated success in leading commercial teams and managing complex, solution-based sales cycles.
• Experience in mining or infrastructure tendering and contracting is an asset.
• Bilingual in English and French is considered an asset.
• Outstanding relationship-building, negotiation, and presentation abilities.
• Highly self-motivated and organized, capable of working independently in a remote setting.
