This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Deliver coaching, support, and continuous development for the regional sales team.
• Create and execute sales strategies that align with the specific conditions of the designated territory.
• Enhance market share with current clients while seeking out new business opportunities.
• Establish and nurture strong partnerships with key stakeholders, retailers, and distributors.
• Structure and negotiate vital commercial agreements strategically.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure optimal commercial execution.
• Rigorously track performance indicators (KPIs) and undertake regular travel within the territory.
• Established experience in sales and business development, preferably within the consumer goods or beverage sector.
• Proven track record in managing, motivating, and developing sales teams.
• In-depth knowledge of the Eastern Quebec market and its distribution network.
• Exceptional skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship management.
• Entrepreneurial attitude, high level of autonomy, and strong organizational discipline.
• Willingness to travel frequently is required (valid driver’s license is essential).
