This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Take charge of establishing, nurturing, and enhancing Solace’s relationships with clients.
• Discover new business opportunities to expand with both new and existing clients, while leading the sales process from inception to completion.
• Create and implement territory and account strategies that meet immediate and long-term objectives, encompassing pipeline development, revenue generation, profit margin enhancement, client wallet share, and customer satisfaction.
• Be a proactive 'hunter' and a self-motivated individual who can work independently.
• Exhibit strong teamwork abilities — capable of collaborating extensively and forming deep connections with pre-sales engineers and other team members.
• Ultimately responsible for securing new business, fostering robust client relationships (both operational and at the executive level), negotiating intricate deals, and creating enduring client partnerships.
• Expertise in consultative selling.
• Ability to forge strong relationships with executives.
• Proven success in closing large, complex deals.
• Established history of selling middleware products, solutions, and services.
• Outstanding interpersonal skills with a demonstrated ability to connect with clients.
• Capability to assemble a team and lead intricate negotiations.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification.
• Over 5 years of experience in managing client relationships within the Enterprise IT sector.
• Proven sales success record in other IT firms.
• Familiarity with the MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodologies.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (2-3 days a week).
• Ability to work without the need for sponsorship.
