This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois.
• Building, nurturing, and enhancing Solace’s relationships with clients
• Discovering new business avenues to expand with both new and existing clients
• Overseeing the sales process from inception to completion
• Creating and implementing territory and account strategies that fulfill both short-term and long-term objectives
• Generating pipeline, achieving revenue targets, maintaining profit margins, increasing client wallet share, and ensuring customer satisfaction
• Collaborating extensively and forging strong connections with pre-sales engineers and other stakeholders
• Securing new business and negotiating intricate deals
• Bachelor’s degree or its equivalent
• Over 5 years of experience in managing client relationships within the Enterprise IT sector
• Demonstrated success in closing substantial, complex deals
• Proven history of selling middleware products, solutions, and services
• Understanding of the MEDIC / MEDDPICC sales methodology
• Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time (2-3 days a week)
