This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.
• Build and nurture strategic business relationships at both executive and operational levels with new and existing clients.
• Advocate for the value of the Veovo solution portfolio and its benefits to clients.
• Ensure that Veovo’s customers are maximizing the value derived from the Veovo solution portfolio.
• Develop and implement sales plans, account strategies, and forecasts aligned with the established opportunity pipeline process.
• Drive revenue growth and enhance the "stickiness" of Veovo solutions.
• Exhibit the ability to provide precise and reliable sales forecasts.
• Possess a solid understanding of the product and technical aspects.
• Foster and develop relationships with partners and alliances that support the sales process and extend Veovo's market reach.
• Represent Veovo as an innovator and thought leader in the industry, including active engagement on social media platforms.
• Participate in and contribute to relevant industry events and organizations.
• Accountable for license and subscription revenues, service margins, and other relevant targets.
• Oversee the creation of high-quality, impactful presentations and proposals for customers, prospects, and industry forums that address customer and industry challenges.
• Experience collaborating closely with Senior Consultants and Solution Experts to transform customer business needs into technical solutions.
• Background as a product manager or in a similar capacity.
• Proven experience managing and selling to enterprise-level accounts.
• Strong negotiation and commercial deal-making skills.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in the airport industry or other relevant sectors, particularly in resource management, revenue billing, and the Airport Passenger Journey.
• At least 5 years of experience with an enterprise-level software solutions vendor.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience selling turn-key solutions, including services and partner management.
• Demonstrated sense of urgency.
• Solution-focused mindset.
• Capability to motivate and influence a virtual team to achieve desired outcomes.
• Proficiency in building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and internal teams.
• Ability to manage customer expectations realistically and act as a trusted advisor, including providing respectful pushback when necessary.
• Strong financial and numerical modeling skills.
• Proven negotiation abilities.
• Capacity to engage with Executive-level stakeholders effectively.
