This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Oversee a team of Sales Professionals dedicated to achieving sales goals within the SMB sector
• Implement the sales strategy and allocate clients and territories accordingly
• Manage sales operations throughout the US and ensure staffing needs are met
• Foster the development of a robust sales pipeline and carry out effective sales strategies
• Guide, develop, and inspire the sales team
• Establish and nurture relationships with referral partners
• Generate essential management reports, including sales forecasts and pipeline assessments
• Ensure the effective use of salesforce.com and maintain data accuracy
• At least 12 years of experience in sales and sales management
• Background in selling merchant acquiring solutions to the SMB market
• Proven experience in leading a successful sales team that sells directly to SMB merchants
• A solid history of consistently surpassing sales targets
• Demonstrated ability to lead field sales teams of 50 or more sales professionals
• Willingness to travel over 50% of the time across the US
• A high school diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
