This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Texas.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while acquiring clients within designated territories and target markets.
• Establish and sustain a strong pipeline through strategic prospecting, networking, referrals, engagement in the industry, and proactive business development efforts.
• Manage intricate sales processes from initial discovery to contract signing and implementation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Risk, Legal, Operations, Implementation, Product, and Client Success to guarantee effective deal execution.
• Engage in executive-level discussions with C-suite stakeholders, including Finance, Treasury, Procurement, and Operations leaders.
• Recognize key business challenges and align Element solutions to deliver measurable operational and financial results.
• Create and implement strategic territory and account plans to optimize market penetration, generate opportunities, and drive long-term revenue growth.
• Ensure accurate forecasting and opportunity management using CRM and sales enablement tools.
• Act as a market specialist by identifying industry trends, competitive insights, customer requirements, and new opportunities that support Element's growth strategy.
• A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or a related field is required.
• At least 7+ years of proven experience in complex B2B solution sales environments.
• A minimum of 5 years of experience in sales, customer management, or direct fleet management.
• Willingness to travel 50% of the time or more.
• A demonstrated history of surpassing sales quotas and achieving revenue targets.
• Proven success in acquiring new clients through a structured sales methodology.
