This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Develop and implement regional and global sales strategies that align with business goals.
• Promote revenue growth, enhance margins, and increase market share.
• Assess market conditions, customer requirements, and competitive landscape to uncover opportunities and threats.
• Establish ambitious objectives and enforce stringent performance management.
• Cultivate and sustain executive relationships with key clients, global accounts, OEMs, and distribution partners.
• Nurture a customer-focused culture centered on value creation and enduring partnerships.
• Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and sales evaluations.
• Utilize CRM and analytics for informed decision-making.
• Keep track of market trends and competitor activities.
• Deliver clear performance insights to senior management.
• Lead a multi-layered international sales team, including managers and senior professionals.
• Establish KPIs and accountability at all levels.
• Foster a high-performance culture through coaching and succession planning.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Marketing, or a related discipline; an advanced degree is preferred.
• Over 10 years of progressive commercial experience, including senior leadership roles overseeing other leaders.
• Demonstrated success in managing complex, structured sales organizations.
• Experience with technical or analytical products is preferred.
• Proven track record of revenue enhancement and market development.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and policy formulation skills.
• Excellence in strategic planning, forecasting, and execution.
• Executive-level communication and persuasion skills.
• Proficiency in English and German.
