This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create new business opportunities through consistent, high-quality outbound efforts, such as cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and innovative strategies.

• Conduct research on accounts to identify suitable companies and contacts, prioritize your territory, and establish a consistent outreach rhythm that generates a substantial pipeline for the sales team.

• Initiate early discovery discussions with owners, operators, dispatchers, and other key decision-makers to gain insights into their current business operations.

• Schedule product demonstrations for Account Executives and provide them with the necessary context to facilitate effective sales conversations.

• Take ownership of and manage your own portfolio of accounts, prioritizing them, managing follow-ups, and devising a strategic approach for engagement.

• Maintain HubSpot with accuracy by logging activities, tracking interactions, and keeping account and contact information up to date.

• Cultivate a deep understanding of Hauler Hero’s offerings, the waste management industry, and the daily challenges our customers encounter.

• Offer insights on messaging, targeting, objections, competitors, and customer pain points to enhance the sales process and team effectiveness.


⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience in a sales, SDR, BDR, or customer-facing position, preferably in the SaaS or technology sector.

• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.

• Comfort with making cold calls and managing rejection.

• A competitive and self-driven mindset.

• Strong personal organization and discipline in activity management.

• A genuine curiosity about customers and a desire to understand their business operations.

• Capability to quickly build rapport with hands-on business owners and operators.

• Willingness to be coached and a readiness to implement feedback promptly.

• Proficiency in using a CRM, with HubSpot experience being an advantage.

• Interest in leveraging AI, automation, and contemporary sales tools to enhance productivity.

• Sound judgment in recognizing qualification, follow-up needs, and identifying genuine opportunities.
