• Generate and qualify outbound sales leads through tailored outreach efforts.
• Perform comprehensive research on potential clients.
• Create highly customized outreach messages and initiate dialogues.
• Schedule discovery meetings with qualified prospects.
• Manage outbound communications and assess prospects prior to meetings.
• Maintain and regularly update CRM records in HubSpot.
• Continuously enhance outreach messaging and monitor key performance indicators.
• Collaborate with Sales and Service Departments to ensure smooth transitions.
• At least 1 year of experience in an outbound SDR role (2 years preferred).
• Demonstrated experience in generating leads from scratch through cold outreach.
• Medium-to-high-level copywriting abilities tailored for sales outreach.
• Capability to conduct independent research and personalize outreach communication.
• C1 level (or equivalent) proficiency in English (native not required).
• Strong preference for familiarity with Apollo, HubSpot, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator.
• Prior experience in a marketing agency or selling marketing services is a significant advantage.
• Must be available and responsive during office hours (Monday to Friday between 3–6 PM BCN time).
• Must consistently work 30–35 hours per week (i.e., 140 hours per month).
• Must possess a stable internet connection and a laptop or PC.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
