This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Tennessee.
• Implement targeted outbound prospecting initiatives via email, LinkedIn, and phone.
• Cultivate relationships with potential healthcare organizations through tailored, consultative outreach.
• Identify and engage with qualified decision-makers within targeted accounts.
• Respond to and evaluate inbound leads.
• Assess the fit of prospects and arrange discovery meetings for the appropriate Account Executive.
• Ensure timely follow-up and nurture opportunities during the early phases of the sales cycle.
• Schedule discovery and introductory calls, meetings, demos, and Quarterly Business Reviews with prospective and current customers.
• Build trusted relationships with healthcare finance leaders through regular communication and follow-up.
• Keep accurate records of activities, notes, and opportunity tracking within Salesforce.
• Utilize SalesLoft or similar sales engagement platforms to carry out outreach campaigns.
• Monitor the performance of outreach efforts and provide insights on campaign effectiveness.
• Enhance outbound strategies, messaging, workflows, and best practices for SDRs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Client Success teams to refine the sales development process.
• Expand EnableComp’s complex claims services by acquiring new customers and retaining and growing existing accounts.
• 2–3+ years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or outbound prospecting.
• Preference for experience in selling to healthcare, healthcare technology, Revenue Cycle Management, financial services, or other complex B2B sectors.
• Proven experience engaging executive-level buyers through outbound prospecting.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong relationship-building and consultative selling skills.
• Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM systems.
• Knowledge of SalesLoft, Outreach, Apollo, or comparable sales engagement tools.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities concurrently.
• Self-motivated individual comfortable in a dynamic environment.
• Experience in helping to build and enhance sales processes.
• Professional, polished communicator capable of engaging with senior executives.
• Inquisitive, proactive, and willing to contribute beyond daily outreach tasks.
• Collaborative team player with a mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Understanding of healthcare revenue cycles, reimbursement processes, and financial-performance challenges faced by healthcare providers.
• A hands-on individual contributor who can foster relationships at various internal and client levels.
• Demonstrated experience in partnering and influencing within a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
• Proven ability to prioritize tasks and set and achieve goals/objectives.
• Some travel required, less than 30%.
