Sales Development Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of pipeline objectives by monitoring weekly, monthly, and quarterly goals for meetings, qualified opportunities, and sourced pipeline.

• Develop and enhance outbound prospecting standards, which include call scripts, email sequences, and multi-channel messaging.

• Provide coaching to the team on multi-threading and Account-Based Marketing strategies.

• Modify outbound tactics based on market feedback in a rapidly changing landscape.

• Conduct one-on-one meetings, call coaching sessions, and weekly training across EMEA and the US.

• Utilize Salesforce, Outreach, Gong, and other sales tools to track KPIs and implement best practices.

• Collaborate with Sales leadership and Marketing to ensure message-market alignment, territory planning, and rules of engagement.

• Engage in forecasting and quarterly business reviews.

• Assist in the hiring, onboarding, and swift ramp-up of new BDRs.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in Sales Development, Business Development, or sales leadership within a SaaS or Cloud context.

• Demonstrated success in establishing an outbound strategy from the ground up.

• Advanced skills in developing call scripts, handling objections, and crafting persona-based messaging.

• Experience in coaching representatives on outbound prospecting, discovery, and objection management.

• Practical experience with Salesforce, Outreach, and other go-to-market productivity tools.

• Outstanding written and verbal communication abilities for training representatives and engaging with executive leadership.

• A data-driven and process-oriented mindset.

• Comfortable working remotely in a fast-paced and ever-evolving environment.

• Willingness to travel for events as necessary.
