Sales Development Representative, PKIaaS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Engaging in prospecting and cold calling to attract potential new business organizations

• Creating a sales pipeline by scheduling appointments with prospective customers

• Assessing prospects via thorough data collection

• Assisting Regional Sales Managers in pipeline development and client meeting scheduling

• Effectively interacting with potential customers through both verbal and written channels

• Initiating demand generation initiatives to cultivate a strong sales pipeline

• Recognizing and qualifying new business opportunities

• Surpassing quarterly and annual revenue goals

• Formulating and implementing outreach strategies to engage potential clients

• Collaborating with the RSM team to create and execute a comprehensive regional business strategy

• Keeping an updated and precise forecast in the CRM (Salesforce.com)

• Coordinating closely with pre-sales and post-sales teams to ensure a smooth customer experience

• Maintaining effective communication and detailed follow-ups with Regional Sales Managers

• Skillfully utilizing all available tools, including Salesforce.com, Auto Dialer, Cadences, ZOOM info, LinkedIn, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, among others

• Targeting key prospect lists to establish connections, set appointments, and generate opportunities

• Conducting weekly reviews with the Director regarding individual progress and meetings scheduled

• Meeting the specified goals for the number of contacts and appointments set each week


⛳️ Requirements

• BS/BA degree or equivalent education along with relevant industry experience

• 1-3 years of experience in a sales or business development position, ideally within the technology or enterprise software sectors

• Proficiency in CRM software, especially Salesforce.com

• A hunter mentality with a proven history of identifying and qualifying new business prospects

• Outstanding interpersonal communication skills, particularly for field sales presentations and software demonstrations

• Self-driven with excellent organizational abilities.
