Sales Development Representative – Payment Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Jamaica.

📋 Description

• Enhance and implement outbound sales strategies to attract high-quality leads

• Conduct proactive cold calls to inform prospects about payment processing solutions

• Establish a steady daily appointment volume to assist closers in achieving 5–10 deals per week

• Cultivate authentic relationships and sustain strong connections with new clients

• Oversee the entire sales process from the initial outreach to closing (with handoff support)

• Collaborate with internal teams to guarantee seamless client onboarding and satisfaction

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of sales experience with a proven ability in cold calling

• Proven history of meeting or surpassing sales targets

• Exceptional phone presence and capacity to quickly establish trust with prospects

• Strong skills in negotiation, communication, and relationship development

• Availability to work from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM PST

• Fluent in English at a native level

• **Preferred:** Prior experience in a call center sales environment.
