This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Prospect and engage new referral and channel partners through calls, emails, LinkedIn, and outbound outreach.
• Identify and evaluate potential partners based on strategic alignment, industry compatibility, and access to FabStation’s ideal customer profile (ICP).
• Conduct introductory discovery meetings to reveal partnership opportunities and shared business value.
• Generate warm introductions and qualified demo opportunities for the Account Executive team.
• Establish and nurture long-term partner relationships that consistently create a robust pipeline.
• Collaborate with partners on co-selling opportunities, introductions, and initiatives for market expansion.
• Keep accurate records of pipeline, activities, and partner information within the CRM.
• Work closely with Sales and Leadership teams to enhance partnership strategy and identify target accounts.
• A strong interest in partnerships, business development, channel sales, or B2B SaaS sales.
• A competitive, self-motivated, and results-oriented mindset.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
• Comfortable with outbound prospecting, cold outreach, and managing rejection.
• Highly organized with a strong attention to detail and follow-through.
• A quick learner capable of rapidly understanding technical products and manufacturing workflows.
• Ability to confidently articulate value to executives, sales leaders, and operational teams.
• Nice to Have: Previous experience in sales, partnerships, SDR/BDR roles, or customer-facing positions.
• Experience in working with manufacturing, construction, industrial, or technical products.
• Familiarity with HubSpot CRM and Apollo.
• Proficiency in additional languages such as Mandarin, French, Spanish, Italian, or Portuguese.
• $40,000 CAD base salary.
• $65,000–$80,000 CAD OTE Commission linked to qualified AE demo opportunities generated through partner channels.
