Sales Development Representative, Italian/Spanish Speaking

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Customer engagement: Initiate and oversee discussions with prospective clients via phone, email, LinkedIn, and messaging platforms.

• Lead generation: Identify and connect with potential buyers to create qualified appointments for the sales team.

• Cold outreach: Conduct cold calls and send emails to introduce the company and generate initial interest.

• Social selling: Prospect and manage outreach sequences on LinkedIn and other relevant channels.

• Relationship development: Establish and nurture relationships with prospects through continuous communication.

• Process enhancement: Collaborate with the Head of Sales, Vince, to improve communication strategies and devise new methods for engaging potential customers.

• Proven experience: Some background in sales, generating new business opportunities through direct outreach (e.g., calls, emails, LinkedIn).

• Communication skills: Strong verbal and written communication abilities with a knack for guiding conversations with confidence.

• Confidence: At ease when approaching new prospects and initiating discussions with decision-makers.

• Active listening: Capable of quickly grasping business needs and responding thoughtfully.

• Outbound experience: Well-versed in cold calling, cold emailing, and sequencing.

• Mindset: A hunter mentality, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

• Resilience: Handles rejection constructively and maintains forward momentum.

• Persistence: Regularly follows up and keeps conversations progressing.

• Problem-solving skills: Capable of adjusting messaging and communication style based on the prospect and context.

• Self-management: Exceptional time management and organizational skills in a remote setting.

• Language proficiency: C2 level in English. C2 in Spanish or Italian is desirable. French is an advantage.

• Technical aptitude: Familiarity with CRM systems; experience with HubSpot is a plus.

• Educational background: A Bachelor’s degree is advantageous, but not mandatory if you possess strong practical experience.
