This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Macedonia.
β’ Conduct high-volume outbound prospecting, making around 100 cold calls daily.
β’ Evaluate leads and aim for over 20 meetings each month with key decision-makers in the trading and investing sectors.
β’ Oversee the top-of-funnel pipeline to ensure a steady flow of closed deals.
β’ Clearly communicate the benefits of technical financial products, LLM integrations, and APIs to informed market participants.
β’ Uphold strict CRM standards and log all outreach efforts using Smartleads and Microsoft Teams.
β’ Collaborate with leadership to enhance sales messaging and strategies for handling objections, informed by current market feedback.
β’ 1-4 years of experience in an SDR, cold calling, or outbound sales position, preferably in a SaaS setting.
β’ A strong interest in or professional expertise in trading, investing, and financial markets.
β’ Demonstrated resilience and capacity to thrive in the high-rejection landscape of outbound sales.
β’ Outstanding verbal and written communication skills in English.
β’ A self-motivated approach with the ability to work independently in a dynamic, remote startup environment.
β’ Strong sales instincts and a commitment to revenue generation.

β’ Direct experience in selling technical products, data-driven tools, or financial APIs.
β’ Previous background in a FinTech or trading-oriented startup.
β’ Familiarity with outbound automation tools and contemporary CRM systems.
