This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media across designated markets and product lines.
• Develop targeted outreach campaigns aimed at specific regions and customer demographics.
• Qualify both inbound and outbound leads based on established criteria and a deep understanding of customer requirements.
• Arrange sales appointments for Territory or Account Sales Managers with qualified prospects.
• Meet weekly and monthly targets for lead generation and appointment setting.
• Create and manage lists of target prospects to facilitate quicker sales cycles.
• Ensure accurate and timely documentation of all interactions with prospects in Salesforce.
• Oversee assigned lead pipelines to guarantee appropriate follow-up, progression, or disqualification.
• Collaborate closely with the Marketing team to enhance lead-nurturing initiatives and provide feedback on lead quality and messaging effectiveness.
• Leverage data, feedback, and performance insights to refine outreach strategies and boost conversion rates.
• A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required.
• Preferred fields include Business Administration, Marketing, Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or similar areas.
• Demonstrated ability to prospect, showcasing confidence and creativity in cold calling and entering new markets.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Highly motivated and results-driven with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and sales tools, particularly Salesforce.
• Experience with prospecting tools (e.g., ZoomInfo, Sales Navigator) is preferred.
• Knowledge of environmental or related industry products is advantageous.
